This privacy policy explains how Remote Toolkit ("we", "us") collects and uses information when you visit remotetoolkit.net.
What we collect
We collect minimal data:
- Analytics: We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand which articles are popular. No personally identifiable data is stored.
- Server logs: Our hosting provider (Netlify) logs standard access data (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and performance purposes. These are retained briefly and are not used for marketing.
- Affiliate tracking: When you click an affiliate link, third-party affiliate networks (Amazon, Awin) set their own cookies to track conversions. Please refer to their respective privacy policies.
Cookies
This site itself does not set any cookies. However, clicking affiliate links will cause third-party cookies to be set by those networks. You can block these via your browser settings or a tool like uBlock Origin.
