Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: 30 March 2026
Remote Toolkit is a participant in affiliate marketing programmes. This means that when you click certain links on this site and make a purchase, we may earn a commission. This comes at no extra cost to you.
Programmes we participate in
We currently participate in the following affiliate programmes:
- Amazon Associates — We are a participant in the Amazon EU Associates Programme, an affiliate advertising programme designed to provide a means for us to earn fees by linking to Amazon.co.uk and affiliated sites.
- Awin — We work with various merchants through the Awin affiliate network (Publisher ID: 2826900). This includes tools and services in the remote work, software, and productivity categories.
- Direct affiliate programmes — Some tools run their own referral or affiliate programmes which we may participate in independently.
Our editorial policy
Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content. We only recommend tools we believe are genuinely useful. We're as likely to point out flaws in a product as we are to praise it, regardless of whether we earn a commission.
If a tool has a poor affiliate programme but is the best option for our readers, we'll still recommend it. Conversely, if a tool has a generous commission but isn't worth the money, we won't recommend it.
How to identify affiliate links
Affiliate links may go via tracking domains (such as awin1.com or amazon.co.uk with our tag). Articles containing affiliate links include the disclosure notice at the top: "This article contains affiliate links."
If you'd prefer not to use our affiliate links, you can search for any product directly. We understand.
