About Remote Toolkit
Remote Toolkit is an independent blog run by someone who works remotely and got tired of wading through content-farm listicles to find tools that actually do what they claim.
What we cover
Everything you need to work effectively from anywhere: VPNs, project management tools, communication software, ergonomic gear, banking for nomads, invoicing for freelancers, cloud storage — the lot. If it makes remote work better, we'll cover it.
How we work
Each tool we recommend has either been used day-to-day or rigorously tested. We compare real features, real pricing, and real limitations. We'll tell you what a tool is rubbish at as readily as what it's good for.
How we make money
We earn commissions through affiliate programmes when you click our links and make a purchase. This costs you nothing extra, and it's what keeps the lights on.
We only recommend tools we'd genuinely use ourselves. If something isn't worth it, we'll say so — even if we'd earn a higher commission from recommending it. Our reputation is worth more than a short-term commission.
Full details are in our Affiliate Disclosure.
